Every session maps to a specific step in the MCP Career Strategy System™. You will know exactly where you are, what you’re building, and what comes next. And if you complete all 9 steps and implement your personalized Blueprint without advancing, we keep working with you at no additional cost. That is the Promotable Guarantee™.

What results can I expect in 90 days?

By the end of your 90-day Accelerator™, you will have: identified and closed your specific promotion gap (Visibility, Advocacy, or Strategy); completed a documented High Performance Plan Blueprint mapped to your target role; activated key sponsor relationships inside your organization; and had the specific conversations that position you as the obvious choice for advancement. What is the M.A.S.T.E.R. Model™?

The M.A.S.T.E.R. Model™ is the philosophical and behavioral foundation beneath the MCP Career Strategy System™. It stands for: Mindset · Authenticity · Service · Tangible · EcoSystem · Results. These six disciplines produce the sustained career advancement that technical competence alone cannot deliver. The M.A.S.T.E.R. Model™ was developed over 31 years inside a Fortune 50 organization and refined through doctoral level research and my executive coaching practice.

How does the 90-day program work logistically?

The program includes: a personalized Career Strategy Assessment at intake (to identify your current step on the MCP Career Strategy System™); bi-weekly 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Miles via video; your custom High Performance Plan Blueprint built in Month 2; three formal milestone reviews; and ongoing asynchronous support between sessions.
